Jaclyn T. Kaplan, Esq.

 Jaclyn T. Kaplan represents both litigation and transactional clients as an associate attorney at Rha Kim Grossman & McIlwain, LLP.

Ms. Kaplan graduated, with honors, from the Gallatin School at New York University with a major in Law and Media, and a minor in Communications.

While studying at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, she served as an editor on the Journal of International Business Law and was the President of the Intellectual Property Association. She also was involved with the Dispute Resolution Society and Mock Trial. Ms. Kaplan has been acknowledged for her study in the area of Property law as well as her many public service initiatives.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kaplan has worked at prominent international law firms advocating for clients in the areas of art law, complex business litigation, trusts and estates, education law, real estate matters, media and entertainment law, intellectual property, business law, and in tort litigation.

Ms. Kaplan brings a distinct perspective to her practice which enables her to address client matters with a unique multidisciplinary approach.
